Self-Mutilation

Whether you like to believe it or not, we've all done this at one point or another. It is just the circumstance and to what degree we have done this. Lots of people think that those who injure themselves willingly are insane. Quite the contrary. I read in an article (now this was a long-ass time ago) that self-injurers are more rational than those who do not do it. What an odd thing to say, isn't it?? Well, we've seen it all. Sometimes self-injury, self-mutilation, or self-abuse can be disguised as an everyday activity. Have you ever seen someone exercising on a bike, going past you at a very fast speed? Don't you ever wonder if what they're doing is trying to push themselves so far that they feel immense and excrutiating pain in their chest?

I have had a few friends who've done this in the past. I did my best to help them find better ways to cope. Some of the time it worked. Some of the time it didn't. Luckily, those friends have found other, and much better ways of coping with certain things.

Extrasensory Perception

The following was taken from an article I found somewhere on the web:

"ESP is most commonly called the "sixth sense." It is sensory information that an individual receives which come beyond the ordinary five senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. It can provide the individual with information on the present, past, and future; as it seems to originate in a second, or alternate reality."

What is your opinion on this??
